The space
Underground parking: Your dedicated spot 109 is in the garage at Rosenheimer Str. 20 – included in the price. Find the remote on the windowsill; you may briefly stop on the side strip in front of house number 8 during arrival. Through the door opposite the parking space, take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
Living & bedroom: In the spacious studio you'll feel at home – box-spring double bed with deer-themed décor, cozy armchairs, dining table and Samsung smart TV. Enjoy views of the Bavarian Pre-Alps from the bed and balcony.
Kitchen: Start the day with complimentary Nespresso coffee or tea. Fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster and everything you need to cook.
Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, lit mirror and complimentary toiletries – with underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
Balcony: Private balcony with bench and sheepskin rugs – perfect for morning coffee with mountain views.
Guest access
Ring the doorbell at house number 8, go to the 2nd floor, left through the walkway door (push/pull firmly!) to apartment door 94 with the deer doormat. Self check-in via smart lock keypad – PIN from the guest app.

Quality bed linen and bathroom amenities included. Pre-check-in is required for guest registration. Both are handled digitally via our guest app, along with arrival info, underground parking, WiFi and optional extras.
