The space
Parking: Street parking is available directly on Bergwerkstraße – spaces are usually easy to find and included in the price.
Kitchen: Start the day with complimentary Nespresso coffee or tea. Fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishes and dining table.
Living room: Relax on the sofa in front of the LG smart TV – the pull-out sofa bed sleeps two additional guests. The stylish dining area with designer furniture is perfect for shared meals.
Bedrooms: Three separate bedrooms – each with a comfortable 1.80 m box-spring double bed. The larger bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace.
Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine and complimentary toiletries – with natural daylight from the skylight.
Balcony: The spacious balcony with dining table and chairs offers wonderful views over Miesbach and the Bavarian Pre-Alps.
Guest access
The entire apartment is yours. Self check-in anytime via smart lock keypad – no key handover on site. Use the side entrance at house number 18, ring „Casa Schlierach“ if needed, take the stairs to the attic (no elevator) – the apartment door is on the left.

Quality bed linen and bathroom amenities included. Pre-check-in is required for guest registration. Both are handled digitally via our guest app, along with arrival info, parking, WiFi and optional extras.
