Parking: Your parking space is directly on the house wall in front of the window by the entrance – included in the price. Additional street parking is available.
Living kitchen: Relax on the green velvet sofa in front of the smart TV – the sofa pulls out to sleep two additional guests. Designer dining table, open kitchen and access to the balcony.
Bedroom 1: Separate bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe and workspace – a quiet retreat with green accents.
Bedroom 2: A slightly smaller bedroom with king-size bed and storage – lovingly furnished.

Guest access
Drive along the driveway at Mühlthaler Str. 5 and stop at house number 7. Ring Casa Verde and wait for the front door to open. The apartment door on the right is marked with a black keypad – enter the PIN from the guest app and wait briefly for the door to unlock.

Quality bed linen and bathroom amenities included. Pre-check-in is required for guest registration. Both are handled digitally via our guest app, along with arrival info, parking, WiFi and optional extras.
