The space
Carport parking: Your dedicated parking spot is directly under the carport in front of the entrance door – space for up to 2 cars parked one behind the other, included in the price.
Kitchen: Start the day with complimentary Nespresso coffee or tea. Fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishes and dining table.
Living room: Relax on the sofa in front of the LG smart TV – the pull-out sofa bed sleeps two additional guests.
Bedrooms: Three separate bedrooms – each with a double bed. Ideal for families, groups of friends or longer stays.
Bathroom: Main bathroom with shower and bathtub plus separate guest WC – with complimentary toiletries.
Guest access
The entire apartment is yours. Self check-in anytime via smart lock keypad – entrance directly under the carport on the side of the house. Drive into the driveway on the right side of the building on Frühlingstr.
Other things to note
Quality bed linen and bathroom amenities included. Pre-check-in is required for guest registration. Both are handled digitally via our guest app, along with arrival info, parking, WiFi and optional extras.
