The space
Parking: There is no parking space directly in front of the house – please park on the street (free and usually available). Spaces directly at the entrance are reserved for other units.
Living kitchen: Relax on the green velvet sofa in front of the smart TV – the sofa pulls out to sleep two additional guests. Dining table for four to six and an open living kitchen in earthy tones.
Bedroom 1: Separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and a calm atmosphere – ideal for couples.
Bedroom 2: Second bedroom with two single beds and storage under the beds – perfect for friends or children.
Kitchen: Start the day with complimentary Nespresso coffee or tea. Fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery.
Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine and complimentary toiletries.
Guest access
Drive along the driveway at Mühlthaler Str. 5 and stop at house number 7. Ring Casa Terra and wait for the front door to open. The apartment door on the right is marked with a black keypad – enter the PIN from the guest app and wait briefly for the door to unlock.
Other things to note
Quality bed linen and bathroom amenities included. Pre-check-in is required for guest registration. Both are handled digitally via our guest app, along with arrival info, parking, WiFi and optional extras.
