The space
Parking: Your reserved parking space is in the first row in front of the house (included). Please use only this space; other spots on the property are rented by neighbours. Overlength vehicles should park on the street.
Living kitchen: Relax on the dark green velvet sofa in front of the smart TV. Open living kitchen with dining table, breakfast bar and three bar stools – industrial design meets cosiness.
Bedroom 1: Separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe – a quiet retreat under the roof.
Bedroom 2: Second bedroom with double bed and storage – ideal for friends or colleagues.
Kitchen: Start the day with complimentary Nespresso coffee or tea. Fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery.
Bathroom: Modern black-and-white bathroom with walk-in glass shower, rain shower, washing machine and complimentary toiletries – skylight provides natural light.
Guest access
Go to the house at number 4A (important: it is further to the right). Ring the doorbell at the main entrance and wait for the door to open – see the guest app for details. Take the stairs to the attic – there is no elevator. The apartment door on the right is marked with a black keypad – enter the PIN from the guest app and wait briefly for the door to unlock.
Other things to note
Quality bed linen and bathroom amenities included. Pre-check-in is required for guest registration. Both are handled digitally via our guest app, along with arrival info, parking, WiFi and optional extras. Emergency key: key box to the left of the entrance on the gate (code in the guest app).
